ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION FOR THIS EVENT

Our event will be held on a flat grass area to maximize accessibility. While we strive to provide convenient parking options for wheelchair patrons, availability close to the gates may not always be guaranteed. Should parking near the entrance be limited, alternative arrangements will be made to ensure easy access.

Carer and Companion Tickets

We recognize that some patrons may require a full-time carer or companion. For eligible attendees, Regfest will provide a complimentary entry ticket for a registered carer.

Companion Card Policy:

We offer a limited number of companion tickets for those who require attendant care support to attend the festival. A companion card ensures that patrons who need support are not charged two admission fees. Only the person named and pictured on the card may use it.

How to Apply for a Companion Ticket:

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

it’s advised to bring a wide-brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event. also:

  • camp chair
  • rain poncho
  • non-professional camera
  • 1 sealed bottle of water (not exceeding 750ml; water taps on-site for refills)
  • snack food (chips, biscuits, etc.) and special dietary food

bag checks will be in place. items prohibited from entry include:

  • no byo beverages (this is a fully licensed event with wines, beers, cider, and spirits)
  • eskies
  • umbrellas
  • glass
  • metal cutlery

FOOD

There are free water refills available inside the festival. the event will also feature some of the best food trucks, which generally accept cash and card and cater to all dietary requirements.

Food vendors include: the twisted kitchen, sweet on the run, hungry dragon food truck, frosty bites, my goz, the big slice, the donut shop, uyghur food truck, kamal's quarter catering paella & tapas, master catering wa, and juicy melody wa.

MARKET STALLS

Stall Holders include: Yeah mate apparel, Hide and Chic, Outbackleather, BK8 Outfitters, Horseland Kelmscott.

PUBLIC BAR

The public bar will also be open, stocking a range of beer, wine, spirits, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks. please, no byo allowed, and bags will be checked at the front gate!

ACCOMADATION

A large range of airbnb, caravan parks, hotels, motels, and free camping spots are available in town.

TICKETING

If you've already purchased a ticket, please note that the ticketing company will send out a second copy of your ticket during the week of the event, just in case you can't locate the original email.

Only buy tickets through official channels. Purchasing from third-party sellers (e.g., Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, Facebook, etc.) is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of these tickets. Fraudulent tickets will not be honored. If you've purchased a ticket from a third party, it’s your responsibility to ensure it's legitimate.

However, you may resell your tickets through personal avenues or via Tixel, our confirmed third-party ticket reseller. Please note, any posts regarding ticket sales on the Regfest Facebook page will be deleted, and the user will be blocked.

PARKING + TRAIN

There is plenty of parking, but we encourage everyone to car-share, grab a taxi, or use uber to lessen the impact of getting in and out of the area.

REFUNDS

Your ticket is non-refundable at this event.

CONDITION OF ENTRY

It will be a condition of entry that all bags, chairs, eskies, and personal belongings be presented to security staff for inspection and scanning at entry. patrons caught attempting to bring byo alcohol into the venue will be refused entry without refund.

CHILDREN

Must be with a responsible adult at all times.

WEATHER POLICY

The event is an open-air concert and will proceed rain, hail, or shine. in the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be notified via email, social media, and the website. the event will only be canceled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed/continue.

FIRST AID

First aid will be in attendance. please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

PHOTO ID

You will be required for entry and to purchase and consume alcohol. service will not be provided to anyone under 18 years of age. please note that, as this is a licensed venue, patrons are not permitted to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

SMOKING 

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.
