THIS EVENT IS ON FLAT GRASS PARKLAND  FOR PATRONS IN A WHEELCHAIR OR WITH DISABILITY, THERE WILL BE AN ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA. HOWEVER BEING ACCOMPANIED BY A CARER IS RECOMMENDED. PARKING FOR WHEELCHAIR PATRONS IS NOT ALWAYS ASSURED, HOWEVER IN THE ABSENCE OF PARKING CLOSE TO THE GATES, ALTERNATIVES WILL BE PROVIDED. WE HAVE MADE A NUMBER OF PROVISIONS TO ENSURE OUR EVENTS ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL. THE PUBLIC BAR WILL ALSO BE OPEN STOCKING A RANGE OF BEER, WINE, SPIRITS, CIDER AND NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS.
PLEASE NO BYO ALLOWED AND BAGS WILL BE CHECKED AT FRONT GATE!!

YOUR TICKET IS NON REFUNDABLE AT THIS EVENT​. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE BOOKING REFUND PROTECTION INSURANCE  DURING PURCHASE PROCESS TO COVER YOU FOR ANY CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES. IT WILL BE A CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT ALL BAGS, CHAIRS, ESKIES AND PERSONAL BELONGS BE PRESENTED TO SECURITY STAFF FOR INSPECTION AND SCANNING AT ENTRY. IF PATRONS IS CAUGHT ATTEMPTING TO BRING BYO ALCOHOL INTO VENUE THEY WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY WITHOUT REFUND. 

CHILDREN MUST BE WITH A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

WEATHER POLICY

THE EVENT IS AN OPEN AIR CONCERT AND WILL PROCEED RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF CANCELLATION YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL AS WEBSITE. THE EVENT WILL ONLY BE CANCELLED IF THE SITE IS DEEMED TOO DANGEROUS TO PROCEED/CONTINUE.

FIRST AID

FIRST AID WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE – PLEASE APPROACH ANY OF OUR FRIENDLY STAFF IF FEELING UNWELL

PHOTO ID

WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY AND TO PURCHASE AND CONSUME ALCOHOL AND SERVICE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE THIS IS A LICENSED VENUE, PATRONS ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ALCOHOL FROM THE SITE AT THE END OF THE NIGHT, WHETHER OPENED OR SEALED.
