- YOU CAN PUT AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE ON CAMP SITE AS YOU LIKE AS LONG AS IT FITS WITHING SIZE OF CAMP SITE YOU HAVE BOOKED (WHICH WILL INCLUDE CAR/S). ANY EXTRA CARS CAN BE PARKED IN CAR PARK CLOSE TO THE SHOWGROUNDS. REMINDER - SMALL SITE SIZE 3.5M X 3.5M - MEDIUM SITE SIZE 5M X 6M - LARGE SITE 6M X 12M 
- YOU MUST HAVE A VALID SATURDAY TICKET TO BE ALLOWED TO CAMP
- SITES ARE ALLOCATED FIRST IN FIRST SERVED BASIS
- TENT, CAMPERVAN, SWAGS AND CARAVANS ALL WELCOME
- WE WILL HAVE ZERO TOLERENCE ON THE FOLLOWING AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE RIGHT AWAY AND YOUR TICKET TO CONCERT  WILL BE CANCELLED IF

THIS EVENT IS ON FLAT GRASS PARKLAND  FOR PATRONS IN A WHEELCHAIR OR WITH DISABILITY, THERE WILL BE AN ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA. HOWEVER BEING ACCOMPANIED BY A CARER IS RECOMMENDED. PARKING FOR WHEELCHAIR PATRONS IS NOT ALWAYS ASSURED, HOWEVER IN THE ABSENCE OF PARKING CLOSE TO THE GATES, ALTERNATIVES WILL BE PROVIDED. WE HAVE MADE A NUMBER OF PROVISIONS TO ENSURE OUR EVENTS ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL. THE EVENT IS AN OPEN AIR CONCERT AND WILL PROCEED RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF CANCELLATION YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL AS WEBSITE. THE EVENT WILL ONLY BE CANCELLED IF THE SITE IS DEEMED TOO DANGEROUS TO PROCEED/CONTINUE.
