FAQ

  • You must have a valid GA or VIP passes are required for the nights you are camping onsite.
  • Campers have access to basic free hot showers and toilets with porta facilities
  • ​You can out as much or as little as you want on your campsite as long as it fits within the size of camp site you have booked. Any extra cars can be parked in Car Park close to the showground.  REMINDER - SMALL SITE SIZE 3.5M X 3.5M - MEDIUM SITE SIZE 5M X 6M - LARGE SITE 6M X 12M 
  • ​Powered campsites require you to have your own tagged and tested extension lead.​ Only 1 socket per camp site. Most sockets will be 10amp
  • Its a first come first basis for campsite allocation
  • You can bring food to campsite. In terms of Alcohol we are still waiting for oru liquor licence for the event and it this stage we wont be checking cars etc. 
  • ​Please lock away in valuables 
  • ​Noise Curfew starts at 11pm and runs till 8am. Be kind to your fellow campers and keep it down.
  • WE WILL HAVE ZERO TOLERENCE ON THE FOLLOWING AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE RIGHT AWAY AND YOUR TICKET TO CONCERT WILL BE CANCELLED IF

    • If you do not arrive within these times then you may not be allowed to your camp spot to setup. 
  • CAN MY NON-CAMPING FRIENDS VISIT ME IN THE CAMPGROUNDS? Sorry, no. For security reasons, only those with Camping tickets or Camping wristbands are allowed in the campground. Anyone found in the campgrounds without the correct wristband will have their event wristband confiscated and will be ejected from the festival.
  • Is the camping ticket per person or per site? Each camping ticket is per SITE, meaning each group must purchase a campsite ticket. Make sure you’ve chosen the right ticket for the group size.
  • CAN WE HAVE A FIRE AT OUR CAMPSITE? NO. Patrons are not permitted to have campfires or fires of any kind. If you light a fire your wristband will be cut off and you will be removed from the site.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Remember this festival has a strict ‘Leave No Trace’ policy so anything you bring with you, you should be prepared to take it back with you

REFUNDS

WEATHER POLICY

THE EVENT IS AN OPEN AIR CONCERT AND WILL PROCEED RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF CANCELLATION YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL AS WEBSITE. THE EVENT WILL ONLY BE CANCELLED IF THE SITE IS DEEMED TOO DANGEROUS TO PROCEED/CONTINUE.
